Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Cancellations
Registrations made through the online booster website that are unpaid are considered a "Pre-Registration". Pre-registrations can be canceled by the registrant at any time prior to payment, by logging into Online Boosters and visiting the View Registrations page. There is cancellation button shown which will remove your Pre-registration. Please note that most organizations do not consider a pre-registration as a binding registration that saves a spot in the activity. Only paid registrations guarantee your participation.
All cancellation requests for registrations that were paid for using the Online Boosters payment system are subject to the cancellation policy of the club or organization you registered with for a given activity. Please visit that organizations' website to view their cancellation policy, and to request a cancellation.
Registration Refunds
You must contact the club or organization that you registered with to request a cancellation and start the refund process. If you paid via credit card through the Online Boosters web site registration process, that organization will contact us to arrange for a credit back to your account. Credits can be processed within 60 days of your initial credit card payment, and after that a refund will be sent to you directly from that organization. An approved cancellation refund may be subject to a cancellation fee imposed by the organization you registered with which would be deducted from a registration payment, reducing your refund.
