If you are registering as an individual player in an adult club, fill out the "Booster Section" and choose the Self option for "Relationship". If you will be registering players under the age of 18, choose the option that best describes your relationship (Father, Mother, etc.). You may optionally identify a second individual with your membership; e.g., a spouse that is also responsible for your minor child players.
